Delta, US Airways Announce New Agreement to Transfer Flying Rights in New York and Washington, D.C.
Delta Air Lines and US Airways have announced they have filed another attempt for slot swaps at New York-LaGuardia and Washington-Reagan airports. The two airlines attempted to do a similar exchange in 2009, but the Department of Transportation changed the terms before approving of the agreement, and was never completed by the carriers.
