Oakland named Allegiant’s newest focus city

By Michael Garko, In Airline News Oakland International Airport will become Allegiant’s seventh focus city joining Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando-Sanford, Phoenix-Mesa and St. Petersburg-Clearwater.  The leisure-focused airline will add seven new routes out of Oakland this spring.

Allegiant records 35th consecutive profitable quarter

Owensboro gets additional Allegiant route

Allegiant receives 757 flight approval; eyes Hawaii launch in 2012

By Michael Garko, In Airline News Leisure carrier Allegiant Air received approval from the Federal Aviation Administration on Wednesday to begin operating its Boeing 757 aircraft.  Allegiant will utilize the jet on routes from Las Vegas to McAllen, Tx. and Rockford, Ill.
