Frontier Airlines announced today that it will be launching flights between Bismarck, N.D. and its hub in Denver. Bismarck will be Frontier’s 67th nonstop destination from Denver, a record for the airline.
“This is a significant milestone for both Frontier and the city of Denver,” said David Siegel, Frontier’s president and CEO. “As the largest low-fare carrier at Denver International Airport, we bring more low-cost, nonstop flight options in and out of the city than any other carrier. We look forward to working with the city and state to further increase the number of destinations served by Frontier.”
Flights to Bismarck Municipal Airport will begin May 17 with five weekly flights. Frontier will use 99-seat Embraer 190 jets on the route.
With the announcement of new service to Bismarck, Frontier has now added six new destinations from Denver in February.
